Spicy Tuna, Tomato and Spinach Pasta

1 x 500g pack Sainsbury’s Rigatoni Pasta
2 x 150g jars Sainsbury’s Be Good to Yourself Arrabbiata Stir In Sauce
1 x 200g tin Sainsbury’s Tuna Steak in Spring Water, drained
150g (5oz) roasted red peppers
200g (7oz) fine green beans, halved
1 x 20g pack basil, chopped
1 tablespoon small capersRecipe
Cook the pasta, following pack instructions, then drain.
Stir in the remaining ingredients, heat through and serve.
TIPS: Tinned tuna is a great standby for quick, healthy meals. Rich in protein, it’s also a good source of vitamin D, which we need for strong bones and teeth.
