cheesy broccoli and pasta bake

List of Ingredients
3 cups dry pasta
2tsp butter or marg
1-1/2 cups chopped mushrooms
1 cup carrots diced
1/2 cup onion minced
1 can 1/2 fat cream of broc soup (undiluted)
1 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
3/4 cup 1% milk
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cups broccoli florets (fresh)
1/4 cup red bell pepper minced
Recipe
cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside. While pasta is cooking, melt butter in a medium to large sauce pan. Add mushrooms, carrots, and onions. Cook until carrots are tender(about 4 or 5 mins.) Add soup, milk,cheeses, and spices. Reduce heat and stir until cheeses are melted. Add broccoli, stir and remove from heat. Pour mixture over pasta and stir to combine. Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray. Pour pasta mixture into pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle with red pepper. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 mins.
Special Notes
I subsitute the vegetables quite often for whatever I have in the fridge. Also,using italian seasoning for the spices saves time.. Left over chicken added before baking is good too!
