    List of Ingredients




    Crust:
    16 graham cracker squares, crushed
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tbsp. margarine, melted


    Filling:
    5 cup tart apples, peeled, cored, sliced
    2/3 cup sugar
    1/4 cup wheat flour
    1 tsp. vanilla extract


    Topping:
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/3 cup light brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    6 tbsp. margarine

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, combine all crust ingredients, mixing until crumbs are moistened. Press crumbs onto bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate. Pour filling into crust. Sprinkle topping over filling. Bake at 350F for approximately 1 hour or until apples are done and pie is bubbly.

    Filling:
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Spoon into crust.

    Topping:
    Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon together in small bowl. Blend in margarine until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over filling.

    Serves 8
