    CRISCO® Classic Pie Crust, unbaked
    3 eggs
    1/3 cup self-rising flour
    1-1/2 cups sugar
    1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
    3/4 cup buttermilk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup shredded coconut

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350° F. Prepare CRISCO Classic Crust as directed; do not bake.

    In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, sugar, melted butter, buttermilk, and vanilla; whisk until smooth.

    Stir in the shredded coconut.

    Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake 1 hour or until the center is set.
