    Crust Ingredients:

    1 1/2 cups (about 18) finely crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
    1/4 cup LAND O LAKES® Butter, melted
    Filling Ingredients:

    1 cup sugar
    3/4 cup LAND O LAKES® Butter, slightly softened
    3 (1-ounce) squares semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted, cooled
    3/4 cup refrigerated egg substitute
    Garnish Ingredients:

    Sweetened whipped cream, if desired
    Chocolate curls, if desired

    Recipe



    Stir together all crust ingredients in medium bowl. Press on bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie pan. Refrigerate 10 minutes.

    Combine sugar and 3/4 cup butter in small mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes). Add melted chocolate. Continue beating, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes). Add egg substitute. Continue beating until light and fluffy (4 minutes).

    Spoon into prepared crust. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until set. Garnish with sweetened whipped cream and chocolate curls, if desired. Store refrigerated.
