Char-grilled Vegie Pizza

From Mainland Cream Cheese
List of Ingredients
½ red capsicum, cut into 1.5cm slices
1 zucchini, cut into 1.5 cm slices
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon basil pesto
185g Mainland Cream Cheese
28cm purchased pizza base
50g semi-dried tomatoes
¼ cup whole black pitted olives
Recipe
Brush vegetables with oil and cook on a char-grill pan until golden brown and just cooked through.
Combine pesto and 125gm Mainland Cream Cheese and spread over pizza base. Top with char-grilled vegetables, semi-dried tomatoes and olives. Dollop the remaining Mainland Cream Cheese on top.
Bake at 200°C for 10-15 minutes until the base has browned and pizza is hot. Serve immediately
