    A tossed green salad goes well with this

    List of Ingredients




    2 medium bell peppers, preferably
    1 red and 1 green
    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1 frozen 4-cheese pizza (5- to 6-serving size; see Tip)
    1 pkg (4.10 oz) roasted chicken-breast half, skinned, boned and shredded, or 1 cup shredded leftover cooked chicken
    1 small ripe avocado

    Recipe



    1. Cut bell peppers in rings. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add pepper rings and black pepper. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and tender.

    2. Meanwhile bake pizza as directed on package. About 10 minutes before pizza is done, top with bell peppers and chicken.

    3. As pizza continues to bake, peel avocado, halve, remove seed and cut in small pieces. Scatter on pizza when finished baking.

    Tip:
    Check your market's frozen pizza section for new additions, such as cheese-topped pizzas that have crusts that rise and crisp as they bake. One brand we especially like is Freschetta.
