Fresh Tomato and Mozzarella Pizza

4 sanmarzano tomatoes, sliced
125g pack mozzarella bocconcini, drained and sliced
2 pizzeria bases
25g pine kernels
50g pitted black olives
½ x 130g pack pancetta cubetti
120g fresh green pesto
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6. Divide the tomatoes and mozzarella between pizzeria bases. Sprinkle over pine kernels, olives and pancetta. Spoon over fresh green pesto, season to taste and bake following pack instructions.
