    1 refrigerated pizza crust
    1 teaspoon vegetable oil
    1/2 pound (8 ounces) boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1-1/2 teaspoons fresh ginger, chopped
    1/3 cup BBQ sauce
    1/2 cup pineapple chunks, halved
    1/4 cup green onion, sliced
    1 small red pepper, sliced thin and cut into half rings
    3/4 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/3 cup macadamia nuts, halved

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray pan with vegetable pan spray. Unroll and gently press crust into prepared pan. Bake 5-6 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Set aside.

    Meanwhile, heat oil in medium frying pan. Sauté chicken with garlic and ginger about 8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Be careful not to brown garlic and ginger.

    Brush baked crust with BBQ sauce and top pizza with cooked chicken, pineapple, green onion, red pepper and cheese. Bake 10-12 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly. During the last 5 minutes in oven, top pizza with macadamia nuts. Serve immediately.
