Mortadella and Artichoke Pizza

List of Ingredients
1 pizza crust
1 cup (250 ml) pizza sauce
1/2 cup (125 ml) sliced patted dry mushrooms
1/2 cup (125 ml) quartered artichoke hearts, marinated
1/4 cup (50 ml) pitted black olives
1 cup (250 ml) grated Canadian Mozzarella cheese
1 cup (250 ml) coarsely chopped mortadella
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
Olive oil

Recipe
Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C).
Place pizza crust on buttered pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread sauce over crust. Top with mushrooms, artichoke hearts and black olives. Sprinkle with Canadian Mozzarella cheese; garnish with sliced mortadella and green pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and pepper to taste.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
