Coconut-y Sweet Potatoes

Whaler's Rum
List of Ingredients
2 large sweet potatoes, about 2 pounds, peeled and chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. Whaler's Killer Coconut Rum
5Tbsp. milk
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Pinch of ground nutmeg (optional)
Recipe
Place the sweet potatoes in saucepan with salted water and bring to boil. Continue to boil for about 20 minutes, until completely tender. Drain and place in bowl with butter, milk, salt, pepper, rum and nutmeg to taste. Mash with fork or electric whisk. Fold in nuts. Makes 6 servings.
