Crockpot Curry Potatoes

2 Tbsp butter
1 pound uncooked new potatoes
2 small onion(s)
1 garlic clove, minced
3 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Recipe
In skillet heat butter over med-high heat. Add potatoes and cook just until they begin to brown. Transfer to slow cooker.
Reduce heat to medium. Add onions and cook, stirring, until softened. Add garlic, curry, salt and pepper. Stir and cook for 1 minute. Add water (you can also use any kind of stock, adjust points), bring to a boil and pour over potatoes.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours, or High for 4-5. Stir in lemon juice.
