List of Ingredients
2 potatoes
1 1/2 tbsp (25 mL) butter
1/2 cup (125 mL) hot whipping (35%) cream
3/4 cup (175 mL) diced Canadian Oka or aged Gouda
Salt and pepper Recipe
Peel and wash 2 potatoes. Boil in a saucepan until easily pierced with a fork. Drain and mash by hand or with an electric mixer. Add 1 1/2 tbsp (25 mL) butter and 1/2 cup (125 mL) hot whipping (35%) cream.
Salt and pepper to taste, and add 3/4 cup (175 mL) diced Canadian Oka or aged Gouda. Stir until cheese is melted.
