1 Chinese cabbage (wombok) shredded
½ cup shallots chopped
1 cup Changs Fried Noodles
1/3 cup slivered almonds
½ cup celery sliced
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
½ cup no oil, fat free French dressing (Kraft)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugarRecipe
On a griller tray covered with a sheet of 'alfoil', toast almonds until browned (be careful not to burn them) remove and leave to one side.
Place sesame seeds under griller like almonds and brown, they brown very quickly so keep an eye on them.
In a small container combine dressing , soy sauce and sugar, put lid on securely and shake until sugar has dissolved.
Place shredded cabbage, sliced celery and shallots on a large serving bowl. When ready to serve toss the noodles, sesame seeds, almonds and dressing with cabbage at the last minute as the noodles soften quickly
