Buffalo Chicken Salad

List of Ingredients
1 box (10.5 oz) frozen crispy baked chicken tenders
1 bag (7 oz) Parisian salad mix (green leaf, frisée, radicchio and shredded carrots)
4 ribs celery, cut diagonally in 1/2-in. pieces
1 cucumber, halved, seeded and cut in 1/2-in. chunks
1 red bell pepper, halved, cored and cut in 1/2-in. pieces
1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
2 Tbsp hot-pepper sauce, or to taste
1/2 cup bottled reduced-fat blue cheese dressing
Recipe
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Place tenders on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake as directed on package.
2. While tenders bake, put remaining ingredients, except dressing and hot sauce, in a large bowl; toss to mix.
3. Remove tenders from oven; drizzle with hot sauce. Holding foil in baking sheet at both ends, lift and toss tenders until coated with the sauce. Serve tenders and salad with the dressing.
