    List of Ingredients




    Chili Dressing (See Below)
    3 cups frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
    3 cups diced peeled jicama
    3 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped (3 cups)
    6 cans (15 ounces each) black beans, rinsed and drained
    6 green onions, thinly sliced

    Recipe



    1. Prepare Chili Dressing (below).
    2. Stir remaining ingredients into dressing in bowl; toss.
    3. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours but no longer than 24 hours, stirring occasionally.

    Chili Dressing



    3/4 cup red wine vinegar
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
    3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
    3 small garlic cloves, crushed

    1. Stir all ingredients in a large bowl.
