    Curry Chicken Salad

    List of Ingredients




    2T fat-free mayo
    2T fat-free plain yogurt
    1/2 tsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp curry powder
    6oz cooked cubed chicken breast
    2 green onions,chopped
    1/4C red pepper, chopped
    1/4C celery, chopped
    salt & pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Whisk together mayo, yogurt, lemon juice and curry powder. Stir in remaining ingredients. May be served immediately but best if allowed to set a few hours in the fridge

    Eat as a salad on top of salad greens or in a pita or wrap for a tasty sandwich
