1/4 pound lump crab meat
1 cup cooked pasta
2 Tbsp reduced-calorie salad dressing
1/4 cup onion(s)
1 medium sweet red pepper(s)
1/4 cup cucumber(s)
Recipe
Cook pasta and chill. Dice veggies and crab meat. Add to pasta with salad dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Sometimes I add lettuce, for a larger salad. I love pasta .. this way I get a little "fix" of it for lunch. I use imitation crab meat because I prefer the
