Fat-free Caesar Dressing

So delicious, no one will believe it's practically fat-free. The secret: Silken tofu.
List of Ingredients
1 - clove garlic, peeled (should equal 1/2 teaspoon chopped)
1/2 cup low-fat silken tofu (4 ounces)
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon white miso paste
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon parmesan-style soy cheese or whey powder
1 1/2 teaspoons granulated garlic
1 teaspoon granulated onion
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Recipe
1 Place garlic in a food processor fitted with a metal blade and chop fine.
2 Scrape down sides of work bowl. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
