Iowa State Fair Salad

List of Ingredients
1 box (10 oz) frozen baby lima beans
8 oz fresh green beans, cut in half crosswise (about 2 cups)
12 oz lean ground meat
1/2 tsp each onion salt and poultry seasoning
2 heads Boston lettuce, torn in bite-size pieces
1 can (15 1/4 oz) corn kernels, rinsed
1 pt cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
3/4 cup bottled lite chunky blue cheese dressing
Recipe
1. Bring 3 cups water to boil in a 2-qt saucepan. Add lima beans and boil gently 5 minutes. Stir in green beans and boil 6 minutes or until tender. Immediately cool under running cold water.
2. Meanwhile heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground meat, onion salt and poultry seasoning. Cook, breaking up clumps, 3 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 2 minutes more until meat is cooked through.
3. Place lettuce in a large serving bowl. Top with meat, beans, corn, tomatoes and red onion. Drizzle with dressing; toss to mix and coat
