    List of Ingredients




    2 teaspoons olive oil

    1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar

    1 tablespoon orange juice

    1/4 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard

    1/8 teaspoon Splenda

    Dash salt

    Dash pepper

    3 cups spinach leaves

    1 ripe nectarine, pitted and sliced

    2 tablespoons slivered almonds

    1/2 cup Fresh raspberries

    Recipe



    1. To make the dressing, place oil, raspberry vinegar, mustard, Splenda, salt, and pepper in a screw-top jar. Cover and shake to combine before using. Dressing can be refrigerated for up to one week.
    2. Place spinach and sliced nectarine in a large bowl. Pour vinaigrette over salad; toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with slivered almonds. Garnish with raspberries. Makes 2 servings
