1 eating apple, peeled
- 1/4 small with cabbage
- 2 medium size carrots, peeled
- 50 g (2oz) walnut pieces, chopped
- 50 g (2oz) raisins
- 90 ml (6tpsp) mayonnaise Recipe
Fit the stainless steel blade and chop the apple using pulse.
Cut the cabbage into wedges to fit the wide section of feed tube.
Process with the coarse slicing disc using pulse.
Cut the carrots to fit horizontally in the wide section of the feed tube.
Grate the carrots using the coarse grating disc and pulse setting.
Empty all the vegetables into a seving bowl.
Add the walnuts, raisins and mayonnaise.
Mix thoroughly
