List of Ingredients
150 g (6 oz) carrots
- 100 g (4 oz) mange-tout
- 2 potatoes
- 2 courgettes
- 150 g (6 oz) cauliflower
- 100 ml (4 fl oz) olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt
- Chopped herbsRecipe
Peel the carrots and potatoes.
Peel off any string round the mange-tout.
Break the cauliflower into sprigs.
Dice the carrots, potatoes, courgettes.
Cut the mange-tout into strips.
Place all the vegetables in the steaming bowl and cook for 20 mins.
Place the vegetables in a dish, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
