8 cups (10 ounce bag) mixed salad greens
1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
1/2 medium bell pepper, cut in thin strips
1/2 cup (1/4-inch thick) slices red onion, separated into rings
1/2 cup each sliced carrots and cucumbers, optional
1/4 cup prepared Italian salad dressing
8 ounces cooked boneless chicken breasts, cut in thin strips
5 to 8 twists McCormick® Black Peppercorn GrinderRecipe
1. Mix salad greens and vegetables in a large bowl. Just before serving, drizzle with dressing and gently mix to coat.
2. Arrange chicken strips on top of salad. Twist black peppercorn grinder over salad.
