    Toss ½ cup cooked couscous, ½ cup sliced grape tomatoes, ½ diced avocado, ½ piece of a cooked salmon filet, 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil and ¼ cup fresh lemon juice in a bowl. Mix Thoroughly. Divide between 2 large lettuce leaves and fold leaves to enclose filling.
