    1/2 pita
    1 tbsp Creamcheese (I use roasted redpepper)
    assorted colors of peppers
    sliced cucumbers
    sliced tomatoes
    pepper for seasoning



    Recipe



    Slice peppers thinly and grill on forman until they have the grilled effect. Meanwhile, open the pita in half, and spread creamcheese, and place tomatoes and cucumbers. Once peppers are grilled, place in the pita as well. Put the pocket on the forman and grill is for about 1 minute. Slice in half and eat. SO GOOD!!
