List of Ingredients
2 slices of white bread
1 tablespoon of salted butter, softened
2 slices each of mozzarella, provolone and Italian Fontina cheeses
Recipe
Place one slice of each of the 3 cheeses on to each slice of bread.
Close the sandwich and spread the butter evenly and thouroughly onto the outer side of each slice of bread.
Grill over medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes per side
