Toasted Provençal Millefeuille

List of Ingredients
3 slices white or rustic bread, toasted
1/2 cup Boursin®, any flavor
1 medium plum tomato, sliced
3 ounces thinly sliced cooked ham, cut into strips
2 tablespoons black olive tapenade
Drizzle of Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil Recipe
Spread 1/2 of the Boursin on one bread slice. Top with tomato and 1/2 of the ham. Evenly spread both sides of another bread slice with tapenade, then arrange on ham. Top with remaining ham, then remaining bread slice, then spread with remaining Boursin. Drizzle, if desired, with olive oil and broil 1 minute or until golden.
