    List of Ingredients




    1 can (6 oz) chunk light tuna in oil, drained
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/3 cup each chopped onion and pimiento-stuffed green salad olives
    1/4 cup light mayonnaise
    1/2 medium head iceberg lettuce, shredded (7 cups)
    Four 8- to 9-in. burrito-size flour tortillas or wraps
    4 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)

    Serve with:
    Potato chips

    Recipe



    1. Mix tuna, celery, onion, olives and mayonnaise in a medium bowl. Fold in lettuce.

    2. Spoon about 1 1/2 cups tuna mixture down center of each tortilla; sprinkle 2 Tbsp cheese on either side of mixture.

    3. Lightly coat a large nonstick skillet or griddle with nonstick spray. Cook each tortilla over medium heat about 2 minutes until underside is golden brown and cheese melts.

    4. Fold tortilla in on 3 sides to enclose filling. Wrap in a paper napkin or waxed paper to serve.
