List of Ingredients
1 large onion
1 clove of garlic
large portion of mushrooms
peppers variety of colours
1 level tbsp flour
1 knorr chicken or vegetable stock cube
Recipe
Cook the onions, garlic in water until soft. In the meantime slice your mushrooms and peppers.
when the onions and garlic are soft add flour to form a paste and then slowly add the milk a little at a time so no lumps form. Bring back to boil add mushrooms, peppers and stock cube (depending if vegetarian or not).
Taste it if not quiet right add another stock cube or salt
