One 14-ounce can of artichoke hearts in water
-1/4 cup mayonnaise
-3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
-3 ounces cream cheese
-2 Teaspoons fresh dill
-1 clove garlic, minced
-Pepper to taste
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put all ingredients in food processor; pulse to a fine chop (just before puree). Place in small casserole and bake for 30 minutes
