    Recipe Introduction

This is a quick and easy recipe for quacamole. It's the perfect accompaniment for flavorful party foods like enchiladas, quesadillas and tacos. Or serve it as a colorful appetizer with blue corn tortilla chips

    List of Ingredients

    3 - avocado,
    1 - garlic clove, halved
    1 - tomatoes, diced
    1 - jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1/2 - red onion, minced
    2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
    1 - lime,
    1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

    Recipe

1 Slice the avocados in half and remove the pit. Rub the inside of a mixing bowl with the garlic clove halves; chop the garlic and set aside. Spoon the avocado flesh into a bowl.
2 Add the tomato, jalapeno, red onion, cilantro, and reserved garlic. Stir the mixture with a fork, pressing to mash the avocado into small pieces, until well-blended. Adjust seasoning with lime juice, salt and pepper
