6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
4 teaspoons grated Asiago, a hard cheese similar to sharp Cheddar and Parmesan
2 teaspoons Roasted-Garlic Puree (see recipe above)
½ teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
Pinch of salt
Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
