2 small apples
1/4 cup Quaker Oats Harvest Crunch Cereal, Honey Nut Light And Crisp
1 tsp unpacked brown sugar
1 tsp reduced calorie margarine
Recipe
Core apples with a knife or apple corer. Mix cereal with half of the sugar, then pour mixture into the apples. Top with 1/2 tsp of margarine each and the rest of the brown sugar on top. Bake for approx 20 minutes at 350F, or until apples are soft.
