Mixed Fruit Smoothies

List of Ingredients
�h Fresh fruit (strawberries, sliced banana, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, melon, grapes, and other favorite fruit, cut into 1-tablespoon sized pieces if necessary)
�h 1/2 cup fruit juice (orange juice, mango juice, or white grape juice, for example)
�h 1/4�V1/2 cup yogurt (the more yogurt, the creamier the smoothie)

Recipe
1. Place fruit pieces on a cookie sheet at least 1-inch apart and freeze for 12 hours or until frozen solid.
2. Once frozen, remove fruit from the cookie sheet and place in a plastic freezer bag or container for storage.
3. To make a smoothie, place 2 cups frozen fruit in the blender, up to 1/2 cup fruit juice (enough to fill the blender with at least 1-2 inches of juice), and yogurt. Blend on high-speed until smooth and well-mixed. Add more fruit juice if the blender sticks and won't churn.
4. Pour into a frozen glass and enjoy.
