2/3 cup skim milk powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup bran
4 tbsp. brown sugar substitute
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger
1 cup canned pumpkin
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. raisin
Recipe
combine together and put into greased muffin pans bake @ 350 for 20 min
