    List of Ingredients




    1 bunch broccoli
    2 red peppers
    Fry Light
    1 onion
    2 cloves garlic
    Soy Sauce
    Herbs
    2 stock cubes

    Recipe



    Fry the chopped onion and crushed garlic lightly in fry light.
    Add the broccoli florets, chopped red peppers, any herbs you like (coriannder or tarragon are good) and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
    Add enough vegetable stock to just cover.
    Bring to the boil and then simmer lightly for 15 minutes.
    Either blend lightly or use a potato masher. Delish!!
