List of Ingredients
80g Western Star butter
1 onion, chopped
200g rindless lean bacon rashers, chopped
450g potatoes, chopped
2 cups boiling chicken stock
2 x 440g cans creamed corn
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper, to taste
crusty buttered bread, for serving
Recipe
Melt the Western Star butter in a large saucepan and saut� onion and bacon for 6 - 8 minutes.
Add potatoes and stir.
Add chicken stock, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add creamed corn, milk and parsley and bring back to the boil.
Season to taste and serve with crusty buttered bread.
