    List of Ingredients




    2 cups of lentils
    2 large carrots(chopped)
    1 tin of chopped tomatoes/passata
    1 tspn margarine
    1 tspn olive oil
    4 tspn of MARIGOLD swiss vegetable Bouillin powder stock.
    1-2 pints of water(depending on thickness you like)
    salt and pepper(optional)

    Recipe



    saute chopped carrots in marg and oil for 1-2 mins add lentils,then add water with stock,cook for 20 mins,blend chopped tomatoes till smooth/or if using passata just add to recipe,keep simmering till heated through blend half of the soup,leaving a few carrot chunks,very tasty mmmm just finished a bowl.
