Mocha Walnut Tart

List of Ingredients
2 squares (1-oz/28 g each) unsweetened chocolate
1/4 cup (50 mL) butter
1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand®
1/4 cup (50 mL) water
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 cup (50 mL) coffee-flavoured liqueur
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
1/8 tsp (.5 mL) salt
1 (9-inch) (23 cm) unbaked pastry shell
1 cup (250 mL) walnuts, toasted and chopped
Recipe
1. In medium saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate and butter. Stir in Eagle Brand, water and eggs; mix well.
2. Remove from heat; stir in liqueur, vanilla and salt. Pour into pastry shell; top with walnuts.
3. Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven 40 to 45 minutes or until centre is set. Cool. Serve warm or chilled. Garnish as desired
