Strawberry Orange Tart

5ml spoon grated orange zest
2–3x5ml spoons orange juice
200ml tub Be Good to Yourself crème fraîche
245g ready-cooked sweet pastry case
454g punnet strawberries, washed and sliced
for the glaze
15ml orange juice
2x15ml spoons redcurrant jelly
Recipe
Stir the grated orange zest and orange juice into the crème fraîche. Spoon the mixture over the base of the sweet pastry case. Lay the strawberries over the top. Place the orange juice and redcurrant jelly in a pan and heat over a low heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. When melted, brush over the strawberries to glaze and serve immediately.
