Chinese Stir-Fry Vegetables

450g mixed vegetables, e.g. beansprouts, mushrooms, carrots, white cabbage, celerey, peppers, string beans, cauliflower, broccoli
4 x 15ml spoons sesame oil
15ml spoon cornflour
5 x 15ml spoons water
5ml spoons grated fresh ginger
3 x 15ml spoons soy sauce
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Recipe
Prepare the vegetables as necessary and chop into small pieces.
Stir fry in the oil for 3 minutes.
Blend the cornflour with the water and stir in the ginger and seasoning.
Add to the pan and stir for 2-3 minutes, then add the soy sauce.
Mix well and serve immediately.
