Corn & Little Tomato Saute

List of Ingredients
2 tsp each olive oil and stick butter
3 ears fresh corn, kernels cut from cobs (about 11⁄2 cups)
1 pt mixed little tomatoes (such as cherry, grape and pear)
1⁄3 cup chopped chives
1⁄2 tsp each salt and freshly ground pepper
Recipe
1. Heat oil and butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in corn and tomatoes and saut 2 to 3 minutes or until tomatoes just begin to split.
2. Remove from heat; stir in chives, salt and pepper.
