    List of Ingredients




    1 tbsp truffle oil

    1 tbsp butter

    1 small onion, diced

    1-1/2 cups mixed mushrooms, stemmed and chopped as needed

    3 cups frozen cooked fava beans, thawed

    1/4 cup dry white wine (such as chardonnay)

    1/4 cup chicken stock

    Salt + pepper to taste

    Recipe



    In medium saucepan, heat oil and half the butter over medium-high. Add onion. Cook 5 minutes or until translucent. Add mushrooms. Cook 3 minutes to soften. Stir in beans. Cook 2 minutes. Add wine; reduce by half. Add stock; reduce by half. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in remaining butter.

    Makes 4 to 6 side servings
