Grilled Corn on the Cob with Chipotle

4 large ears of corn, shucked
2 teaspoons chipotle oil
1 large lime, cut into 4 wedges
Recipe
1. Preheat the grill to medium.
2. Brush the corn with the chipotle oil.

4. Serve each ear of corn with a wedge of lime.
