    Sautéed Snow Peas with Sesame Seeds

    2 teaspoons peanut oil
    1 teaspoon crushed garlic
    4 cups snow peas, washed and trimmed
    1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
    - - freshly ground black pepper
    2 teaspoons sesame seeds

    Recipe



    1 Heat the peanut oil in a 10" skillet over medium-low heat.
    2 Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
    3 Add the snow peas, soy sauce and pepper and sauté with the peanut oil and garlic until the snow peas turn bright green and are tender, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from the skillet, sprinkle with the sesame seeds and serve.
