4 large ripe tomatoes, halved
1/3 teaspoon each salt and freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
2 teaspoons chopped rosemary
4 teaspoons coarse bread crumbs
4 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2. In a baking dish, place tomatoes cut side up. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary. Sprinkle bread crumbs over tomatoes, then drizzle 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil on each tomato. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender and browned on top.
