Zucchini Tomato Bake

List of Ingredients
2 zucchinis
2 tomatoes
1 can stewed tomatoes, italian flavour
60 g light mozzarella
sprinkle of parmesan Recipe
cut zucchini in to 1-inch pieces, line the bottom of 9" in baking pan.
slice tomato, lay over zucc's.
pour can of tomatoes over top.
sprinkle with mozzarella and light layer of parmesan.
Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
