12 medium field mushrooms, stalks trimmed
3 tbs olive oil
3 tsp minced garlic
2 tbs parsley, chopped
2 tbs basil, chopped
4 wedges lemon
extra parsley leaves to garnish Recipe
Heat the grill and line a baking tray with foil. Place the mushrooms on the tray, stalk side up.
Combine the olive oil, garlic, parsley and basil. Spoon over the mushrooms. Place under the grill and cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
Place on 4 plates and garnish with the lemon wedges and scatter with the extra parsley leaves. Serve with a bread roll to mop up any juices.
