3 cups spagetti sauce
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
mushrooms
onions
tomatoes
cabbage leaves (steamed)
1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
150g low-fat mozza cheese
Recipe
in a sauce pan heat sauce and chopped veggies (mushrooms, peppers and onions).
Chop cabbage into large peices and steam.
Layer 9*12 pan with sauce, cabbage, cottage cheese, sauce cabbage mozza cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 350.
